Kate, Trog is very special. There is no one else in the world so special. He tells us that in every post. Plus, he knows everything about everything. Just ask him! He's insulted the brightest members of this forum numerous times with his hehe attitude and snipes from somewhere in left field. The real words he needs to use are not hehe, but meme. It's always meme and no one has meme needs like him or is so meme special. I've been rounds with him before, like you're having now, and he always keeps responding so he has the last meme word.

So here's his meme word ...

hear hear. But you do have to humour some people Bob

I've read a lot of Trog's posts TBob and I hear what you're saying. It doesn't get to me though, he's just another voice on a virtual forum, no matter how special he would like to be. Some stuff he says is interesting and useful, some isn't, much the same as most people.

Oh I can't resist ...
The only thing special about Trog is his special needs. And before you reply Trog, my social worker says I'm special too. :p

Trying to get the topic back on track, a short follow-up:

I think that the cartridge is a bit on the small side. Like I said, I have nothing to compare it with, but it ran out after 10 hours of mild use (I estimate about 150 puffs). I woke up this morning with a dry and a bit sore throat, so today I'll try to limit myself to ~12 puffs per hour. Battery life seems fine, as one battery managed to last an entire cartridge. Now, I only wait to see how long the atomizer will last.

ps. By ran out, I mean that the vapor volume was much smaller, and only changing cartridges helped...

I think trog does cause a bit of chaos sometimes,But he also talks a lot of truth as well about e-cig devices! I think sometimes people take it to heart and get offended by his replies, but hes all tongue in cheek most of the time and thats what posters miss! :)

Yeah, everytime trog says "cheap chinese" or insults a poster, I take a drink. It's my new game. Wanna see what lasts longer. Trog or my liver. I think my liver is losing.

And THAT is tongue firmly planted in cheek. :p

Now, watch me be accused of being "snide."

I think he's really insecure about his addiction. He has tunnel vision about his habit and doesn't realise that we're all in the same boat, we're all addicts. So far I've only come accross one non-smoker who uses ecigs recreationally and she's not interested in the ins and outs of the process on a forum.

The sooner Trog realises that there is nothing unique about his situation the better. He might then show more empathy and tolerence towards his fellow addicts. I'd say something about his abrasiveness too but I'm a bit the same myself and am in no position to make comments about this.

Just to live up to my avatar I have a strong desire to say 'Bless his cotton socks'. Don't think I'm under the illusion that he's soft and cuddly underneath though. Trog, your hardman image is intact.

he he he.. nice to be interesting enough to actually become the topic of conversation..

oddly enough i do know a lot about many things.. its partly cos i am old.. partly cos i am clever.. party cos i do my research.. i also find i offend a few people from time to time.. he he

people who know me for real.. might not like me.. but they do respect me..

trog100 - Google Search

7970 hits on that one for trog100.. 99.99% of them are me me me.. he he he

i helped a guy get his car thru the MOT the other day.. the guy who lives with my live apart wife on a boat.. she left me years ago.. i wonder why. .he he

anyways the car has been stood unused for four years.. brakes all seized up and the usual stuff.. the car is jacked up.. the guy (bob) covered in dirt underneath following my instructions.. lots of work needed doing.. nice to give out orders and watch someone else do it..

anyways.. a clever know it all bugger who knows nothing walks up and asks bob.. what he is doing.. i tell him.. bob is busy.. the guys say "what i would do it is put it all back together and drive it around to heat the brakes up"

i look at the guy and say what u would do would be waste of time the job needs doing properly.. the guy dosnt take the hint.. i have to get a little firmer.. in the end i have to offend the silly bugger to get rid of him..

half an hour later another know it all bugger who knows nothing comes up... i have to offend that one as well.. he he

soon the ex wife comes to see the progress.. its her car.. i look at her with a smile on my face and say i am doing well here i have only offended two of your friends in the two hours i have been here.. she smiles back..

bob is quietly getting on with the work under the car.. i look at bob and say.. its bloody hard being the only guy who knows what he is talking about and surrounded by know it all buggers who dont.. bob grins..

some might think anyones opinion is the same as anyone elses.. some wiser ones know differently.. he he

but respect does have to be earned.. something that on a forum is hard to do.. in real life its easier.. in real life i can bite harder..

trog

ps.. the car passed its MOT with flying colors by the way..

ps.. and yes i am special.. just think your selves lucky i take the time to pass on my knowledge.. imagine a big grin...

Maybe its too soon to tell, but I find the e-smoking to be very addictive. I don't even want a regular cig anymore (I still have some in a pack next to me), but I feel that I want to e-smoke almost all the time. Like I said, I'm limiting myself to 12 puffs per hour, and its not easy. I even grew fond of the taste, which I didn't care for at first. I must say that's its very disturbing, I've never felt like that about regular cigs.

How many cigarettes did you smoke?12 puffs an hour is only just over 2 puffs on a real cigarette you might have cut your habit down as well!

Blimey Trog, you have almost completely rewritten your last post on this thread. I nearly missed that. If I was a suspicious type I'd think you were sneekin' changes to alter the records of the conversation.

I don't think anyone much really wants to know how wonderful you are and how smart. You're not smart enough to be a non-smoker, that's all that matters here.

it is very addictive.. and after the first euphoria wears off.. the e smoking problems become apparent.. on my scale twelve puffs per hour is near the none smoking level.. hard for anyone who needs the nicotine..

that probably equates with three puffs per hour on a real cig.. just enough to torment but not enough to satisfy..

My spelling is pretty awful, I think I sound like a right nana sometimes.

When you edit a post the time stamp on the bottom has a link that allows you to see previous versions I think. Your post was dramatically changed though, it wasn't just a few typos or grammer slips. It makes people less uneasy if you just create a whole new post for new content Trog. I've seen people be set up to look bad on forums where posts can be edited.

u are correct kate.. but some posts dont even get read for several hours.. i dont see the meaning until it appears big.. i kinda read whole pages at a time.. reading i am good at.. speaking i am very good at.. typing in boxes i am utterly useless at.. he he

and yes.. altering few points or typos can alter the meaning.. just let me have my ten minutes to edit.. then read again.. after ten minutes its the finished product.. it wont get altered again.. he he

The one I'm talking about was edited after nearly an hour, not ten minutes. By then the thread had moved on, there was a reply to your post and you altered the course of the thread. It wasn't small changes, it was an essay.

I can't go back to look at your original post. For some reason I thought it was possible to do that on this forum. The problem with people being able to edit posts is that they can completely distort what's going on, I really don't like it, I'd prefer to live with typos and grammar mistakes for the sake of security and authenticity.
