My 2 cent, don't go cheap on the mesh. I know some people keep having problem with shorts due to low quality mesh that never oxidize. I highly suggest the 500 mesh from the Mesh Company in UK. An A3 500 mesh shipped is $19 and will last you for years. I just burn both side till they are red using the stove and it is ready to go.

I was looking for a supplier last year and found vaporbase-de on Ebay here. I'm in Canada too Stratzilla and okcvapes does not ship up here, or I probably would have used them. With shipping a 8 x 12 sheet of 400 is about $19. They combine shipping for multiple items.
I've been looking around since I just found out Steam Monkey also doesn't ship to Canada, and another eBay seller I found is:

Looks like for him, 25m of Kanthal wire is about 11$CAD, and a 330x225mm sheet of #400 runs about 14$CAD. This is cheaper than the one you linked. These prices are after shipping to Ontario.
+1 for SteamMonkey. Fast shipping too. I got my RBA in and foolishly assumed I could use the mesh and wire they included, but quickly ran out experimenting. Had my shipment in from SM in two days. Prices are great, too, and wire in multiple gauges without buying 100' at a time for experimenting.
