I'm looking for maybe a 300-700 mah battery that offers VV. It's not for personal use but I'd like to give out to people that are smoking for trial. I don't want to give them a disposable or a crappy cig-a-like...looking for a decent but very cheap vv batery to give out to get my smoker friends a step into ecigs.

Any suggestions or links well appreciated. I found some on ebay but I thought I could find cheaper...surprisingly even FT didn't have super cheap vv batteries.

On side note what do you suggest for cheap tanks to use on 510/ego threading to give away to smoker friends? I'm in no hurry why I was looking on FT. They offer free shipping so I'd figure I'd get all from there. Any e-liquid that you would advise for starters just to get a taste of what e-cigs is all about besides going disposable or eblue route?

Fasttech.com? I have yet to find anything cheaper. If they carry it, it's the best price you will find. I know you get what you pay for but I may just be buying the right stuff there. I did get 4 350mah minis at 3.7v for $4 and change. Hard to beat, especially with 1.8ohm coils in devices.

Do you have link. Only thing I hate about that site is that it's hard to search for stuff. And when you do search it only seems to bring up 1/4 of their actual inventory. And price sort doesn't work unless you pick a category. Once you do a custom search sort is out the window. If they would fix that I would love that site. I think I found some vv twist egos on ebay a while back for cheaper than I could find on FT. Anyway don't care about super quality just looking to hand these and few cheap tanks out to friends to try. They are going to work better than the disposables and cig-a-likes just thought I'd have a few handy to give out to friends/associates/smokers I saw.

Yeah I guess I never thought of charger but that should be included in a starter kit. Just looking for a very cheap way to hand out some ecigs that are better than gas station cig-a-like. So I'm probably looking at 15$ per person I hand them out to? Is that a reasonable goal to get it down to that with battery, tank, small bottle juice, and charger?

That second link works and with e-liquid that would be about 15$ assuming I get cheap liquid. I'm not stuck on VV I just figured if it was only a small price difference I might as well get that. As I assume they will eventually upgrade to a vv device...just my opinion. If I were to start over again I would have rather started with a cheap vv device instead of spending 70$ on genuine joytech ego starter kit. In my opinion long term it would have been better to buy 2 cheap vv batteries.

I've been thinking of putting together a cheap kit to help people quit cigs, but not with a vv.

I have in mind the v-nano clearo.
with an automatic cigalike battery
1 simple charger (the short adapter type one - 0.1 amp)
and a needle bottle full of eliquid.

FT has the batteries $3 ($3.22 510-T 180mAh Automatic USB Rechargeable Battery for EGO Electronic Cigarette at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping)
420 mA charger $1 ($1.39 Electronic Cigarette USB Charging Cable (3cm) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping)
10ml needlebottles $0.3 (https://www.fasttech.com/p/1425400)

Too bad they don't have a v-nano type of clearo.

The idea is to fill the v-nano; and I could give somebody the nano, batt, and charger, and if they like it, I can give (or sell) them the refill bottle of liquid
