If I want a 20% flavoring in a 10ml mix I would have 8ml of base and 2ml of flavoring. If I wanted to split the flavoring 70% and 30% I would have .7x2=1.4ml of 1 flavor and .3x2=.6 of another flavor. I cannot seem to do this on the ecig calculator if I put in the 70% and the 30% next to the flavorings it gives me those percentages for the Total
Volume of the mix, 10ml. What am I doing wrong, by hand I seem to be correct but the calculator says no. Thanks.

The flavoring (usually) will be part of the pg% there are vg flavors but most seem to be pg based from what I understand.

A 10ml 70/30 pg/vg mix with 10% flavor would have: 6ml pg, 1ml flavor, 3ml vg

A calculator user (not me) will be more help about using them...You

may have to put 7% & 3% in the calculator since that is the % of the total.

Try using THIS calculator and fill in the fields but leave the percentages for the flavors out.
Go to Tools > Flavor Percentage and fill in your percentages there.
Hit calculate and it will fill in the recipe values for you.

Was doing it by hand, I am a Math teacher, but this calculator does it in a breeze. Thank you.

No worries Hub. I tried to work certain complex recipes out by hand, too. I ended up facerolling my keyboard  Then someone else linked that calculator and it's been smooth sailing since.
