I have 30ml of base mix made up 70/30 PG/VG. Let's say I want to mix 10ml of sample no-nic juice to keep it simple.

Now, If I were to add 20% flavor, would I measure the 8ml of base and and 2ml of flavor. Or would I add the 20% flavor to a full 10ml of base? Please and thank you.
That is correct 8ml of base + 2ml of flavour = 80% + 20% = 100%. percentage is always taken from the "end" total. For example (using slightly more complicated #s)

30ml x 80% = 24ml
30ml x 20% = 6ml
24ml + 6ml = 30ml

I wanted a 75/25 PG/VG mix, but knowing the Capella's flavoring I use is in a PG base, I mix a little more VG in. When I want it exact, I use Dan's calculator, but that seems like extra effort to mix up just a small sample of a recipe. I guess I really should go with the extra effort to use the calculator and syringes even for samples, because I know VG tends to be on the sweeter side than the PG. Thanks for the replies.
