here is the spcs for the joyetech they clearly state is not the dna 200 clone

Perhaps they (Evolv) are the first company to believe that they will not have their designs and products copied and sold for less. Or not.

They gave away nothing it a real deal licensed DNA 200 Evolv is a chip maker not a mod maker all the DNA 200 mod out are fully licensed

Vaporshark is the one making the real Vapor Flask with the DNA 40 in it not a clone chip that the official Joint effort

Made I think by VF with VS logo put on it. but in any case it is a liscencing agreement between VS and VF.
And yes the chips/circuit boards are bought from Evolv with some custom ribbon cables and such on them so they work in a Vapor Flask case.

Ya the only bad part is the chinese will clone anything trademarked or not but I think when they ship trademarked & Patents good coming into the states they should confiscate the shipment. Look how bad the screwed Vapor Flask and 9 out the 10 Vapor flask they cloned were all crap. I know the first one I bought the 510 connector the center insulator slid down and the + output shorted against the battery and fried the mod but I bought that from 3Fvapor and they let me pick a different model and I switched to the IPV4 and that one died and It got sent to the Repair center here in the states that at least worked out good as it cam back as the updated model and went from a 100 watts to 120 and the firmware was updated. I am so much a chinese product hater that stuff is all junk I had to send my smy tc 60 back twice I even had to send my Evic TC 60 the one with the rally strips right now I am fighting with Focalecig tring to get my SMY tc 60 fix for the 2nd time and so far they have been jerking me around for the 17 days and they still don't know what to do with it so it been broke for about 20 day this time and it not even on its way I don't advise buying anything from them right now they are doing some expansion to the German warehouse and everything they do takes 3 times the amount of time it normally would. buy mods from China is the worst the stuff almost never works and then it takes forever to get in replaced or repaired and shipping via USPS cost about 40$ if you want tracking that goes door to door. So if they tell me I have to ship it back I have to throw it out as I don't pay 40$ to fix a 65$ mod there ok for attys just not for mods they can't assemble a mod that work for more that 2 weeks 7 out 10 so far with mods from china. I won't buy there crap anymore I build my own now thy can ound rock up there back side for all I care. Why can't they be like the .... they made great electronics but the Chinese forget it
