Greetings. Smoker for more years than I care to count, started my ecig journey with a noname 510 ~6 months ago. Used it on occasion to try to cut down smoking, normally smoked about half a pack of lights per day. vaping cut that down to maybe 1/2-1/3 of that, but was still smoking analogs regularly. At the start of my holiday this year, 5 weeks ago, I decided I'll try to pull off the whole holiday without any analogs and succeeded, yey me! In the past 5 weeks I've smoked analogs on 2 different occasions and both times decided to stay off them, they just taste like garbage now and don't give anything extra compared to vaping.

Then of course, without thinking about it much, I put in a new order from the same place I got my first kit (...........). Then AFTER that decided to start reading into this more, browsed this forum etc. and found out my error. Well, ultimately decided to release my inner gadget geek and so ordered an eGo Mini, eGo-C Upgrade 900 passthrough and an eGo-c Twist 650, coupled with a bunch of different clearos, cartos and attys, and of course a few different juices. Now just anxiously waiting for my shipment to arrive to get my hands on the new toys. Have to say all of this clearo/carto/atty stuff and different voltages/resistances are making my head spin, but hopefully I'll have a better idea of what's ideal for after this set.

Welcome to the ECF! Congrats on cutting back on the analogs! Lots of great info in here, and you will slowly get the hang of all the vaping lingo, it just takes time.

just remember with the twist or any variable voltage, start turned all the way down, then turn up to desired flavor/heat... dont want to pop any coils screwing on at 4.8 volts

Congrats and enjoy. I can't give you any advice other than stick with it. Three years for me and I love it, I'm not a chain vapor anymore and don't really keep up with every new gadget.

Big battery mechanical mods with LR atties and dripping put an end to my search for perfection.
