Is there any way to check on the progress of a provari sent in for repair? I checked so I know they received it I just was wanting to know if I could check the process.

Definitely shoot us an email. The repair department is in a different part of the building away from customer service, so we are not in constant communication with them, but if you ever want to know what is going on, we will be happy to find out for you.

Unless the repair needs payment to be completed, the repair team takes it directly to shipping so we can quickly get it shipped out. But we are always happy to find out what was done if you are curious :2cool:

I know everything will be repaired as needed, I guess I would have liked to have seen, some kind of a work order ticket, listing everything that was done, even though it was a warranty repair. If I take my car into chevy for a warranty repair I get a copy of what they did in writing, why would a provari be any different? I should not have to ask for this either, should be standard practice.

I agree. I had mine repaired not long after I got it and I have absolutely no idea what they did to fix it. I did email customer support asking what they repaired or replaced and they responded as it was already repaired and shipped back they had no way to tell what had been done.

Shhhh its a secret. ;)
I sent mine in for repair and they didnt get back to me for a few days then I got a knock on the door and the mailman had my ProVari.

I emailed them and asked what they repaired or replaced.. they replied with the following.

"They replaced your top cap with a new one that is slightly bigger so it will stay put in the tube. They also replaced the wires and fire pin so you would have improved contact. It should also resolve the other minor problems you were having."

All it cost me was to ship it to them and it wasnt in warranty.... ProVape did a great job in my opinion except for letting me know they were gonna send it back.

The Provari they repaired is sentimental to me so Im glad it is fixed and good as new.

Your Provari will work better than your Chevy - less recalls... It will last longer, too!

That is true it was just the reference that popped in my head. My first provari the full size satin silver, became a year old last week. This one goes everywhere with me. I have dropped it twice, one of the times, the cap popped off, just put it back in place, with a hammer and a block of wood, it still works as good as day one.
