Does this mean I'm not getting it?

So I ordered the black satin provari on Oct. 26th. I checked my bank account and they took the money out. That's fine. Been waiting for the "shipped" email. I haven't received that yet.. But today I checked my bank account, they took the hold off the money and its back in my account. Why? I went to provape.com and it still says processing... Anybody know what's going on?

You will get it... They ran your card when the order came in to verify your account.... Your account wont be charged until it ships....

Have you tried to send them a ticket via their website? In my experience, they are FAST at answering.

just chill for a bit, it takes a while for it to get shipped, when it does, youll get billed and recieve a tracking #, my gf was freaking out too when this happened w/ hers.

Mine is shipped and I can get the tracking number from their website. They haven't taken the funds from my account nor have I received A shipment notice. Idk what to tell you. I ordered the same day you did and its scheduled for delivery tomorrow
