Found this video from Shan on you tube. Another great video from her. Build your own carto punch for tanks. Its very easy, and works awesome. I just made mine. (I used a cut 2x4 and a drill) I can literally punch 10 cartos in a couple minutes. In MD, the tapping valve costs $10 at home depot.
