wow! I am impressed! I ordered late at night over a weekend; and I live where theres atleast a 5 or 6 hour time difference from the location of RTD. They really have it all together for online shopping with confidence! I had an immediate accurate inventory and receipt as well as confirmation with shipping info in less than 24 hours. (more like 12). The order arrived before any other orders placed that evening, tracking info was in hand within hours of buying. It was an order that was "across" the board, general supplies. I needed an extra battery for the ProVari, I saw a few nice tanks they offered, general refills on cartomizers, tips, etc. They had everything I wanted and needed. It arrived approximately 5000 miles away (I think they're in PA; Im in HI) in like 4-5 days!
