I want to clear the air about this mod! I had a lot of trouble getting it set up properly, but now that i do (after quite a bit of tinkering) it works amazingly well and fires every single time flawlessly.

The first thing i had to do was replace the spring in the firing button. I purchased a knock off version so maybe thats why the spring was so crappy. I replaced it with magnets and its a great feel. I hear a lot of issues with the button not working every time you press it because the lock is annoying. MY FIX: I hold the mod with my right hand and wrap my pointer finger around the squeeze the button much like you would a trigger on a pistol. From this angle it prevents the button from twisting in the direction to lock it, ensuring a good fire every time.

The second thing i noticed was it wasnt firing properly. As mentioned above the grip was a significant help, but what really did it was as followed: TIGHTEN THE SCREWS FOR THE BATTERY, BUT DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THEM. I have them just tight enough so that the batteries are difficult to spin inside the mod. This makes sure the connection is snug and significantly reduces the chances of a loss of battery connection. I think this is the most important part to be quite honest. Im sure a lot of people leave the screws loose enough for the batteries to spin easily and i think that is too loose.

With those changes my device is working incredibly well. It has not misfired since.

I hope this helps some others who have been having problems with this mod!

My con and I both use bomber. Both are clones but different clones.

He had alot of spring problems with his so I'm betting your battery door has three magnets on one side like his. Mine has two on one side and one on the other.

But we have cleared up all issues on both and they are a great mod. Voltage drop is a factor, not to bad on mine but pretty bad on his. Very usable though. Mine is a couch mod and after his purchase of a Sigelei 150 today hos prolly will be two.

I like to use mechs and hate the looks of tubes so the CB is best of both.
