I'm prone to panic attacks... and I had something similar happen. I believe it was due to nicotine. Its easy to vape too much because there's none of the other negative sensory experiences- especially the heavy stenchiness.

Years ago I could stomach a lot of nicotine but now, actually.. I only like a little bit of it (12mg or less), and I don't inhale as much as when I was younger smoking cigs and then, dipping snuff.

I've been trying to pace myself by keeping a 0mg nicotine cartomizer around for those times I want the physical sensation of smoking but don't need the nicotine.

Thank you guys for all the answers. Seriously, you're awesome. I've been experimenting these last few days and I've concluded that I'm much more sensitive to nicotine at night. I can vape my regular juices during the day, but at night I have to smoke 0mg or I get the symptoms again. The e-cig was acting as the trigger but, of course, it could be from caffeine, stress, diet, lack of analogs or all of the above. All I can do now is try to live a healthier lifestyle. I already quit smoking so, I think I'm heading in the right direction. :2cool:

It's not uncommon for a lot of us to switch to lower/no nic at night! I hope that helps!!
