chest pain

I ended up signing up for this forum just because I wanted to respond to a thread about chest pain from ecigarettes. So obviously I can't do that and have to post over here, so I figued I'd just share my thoughts about chest pain here for all you other new users like me.

I noticed that my chest was hurting after a night of heavily using my Green Smoke ecigarette. This was also the same day that I received it in the mail. I read that others were experiencing similar problems. Then I thought maybe it has something to do with how hard you have to pull on the thing to make the vapor come out: harder than for a cigarette. I think the problem disappeared when I started puffing on it with my throat closed, then inhaling the smoke after that.

Was it worth all this trouble just to post this? I'm not sure anymore.

Not sure why the chest pain. I've noticed that when I wake up and normally would have an analog within 30 minutes, that vaping seems to harsh for my throat and lungs. After quitting smoking after all those years I'm expecting my body to revolt in all kinds of ways but to thank me in the long run.

Welcome to the forum

You will find that you change the way you inhale.
It has been likened to sucking on a milkshake, then inhale the vapor.
I actually do a starter puff, then the 2nd one is my inhale puff.
