Chi-You Lock Ring

Is there an alternative to the stock lock ring? I find myself constantly unscrewing the power button from the bottom when trying to lock it. It's really annoying at times..

I don't think there's much you can do as it is not reverse threaded... My Chi clone and Prodigy V3 suffer from the same thing.
