Think of it from their standpoint, you're a multi-million maybe even billion dollar company in an industry full of scrutiny and under heavy watch. Regulations are about to pass which require you to make some pretty heavy changes.

What would you do?

It's not that big of a deal really and it really doesn't matter whether I have children as the item wasn't made solely for me it's a mass-produced item so it has to fit the needs of the masses. I'm fine with it honestly and yes it's needed as some vapers do have little kids that love to grab things, a small security feature isn't the end of the world, just like juice bottles should have protective caps so should tanks as they contain the same thing.

Absolutely. I signed the petition to try to stop the TPD becoming law, but that failed. At least we know what we are dealing with now.

People who did nothing to stop the law being passed have no right to complain. And nor do people in territories unaffected by the law.

It is time to wake up as a community though. Write to your political representatives about it. There are millions of vapers now. It is a collective duty to make sure we speak up. Or we waive the right to complain later.

There is plenty of information on these forums. It just requires a short break from looking at vape porn to educate yourself.

Completely irrelevant, as long as it keeps the FDA away it's doing it's job. Look at pill caps children get in them easily, yet if you don't put a child cap on it you'd get sued or worse should anyone actually get sick. Just do it and move along, these little inconveniences are nothing compared to the .... storm that could come if you just ignore them. It's a safety cap not a chastity belt you'll be ok. Flavor bans, outdoor vaping, outright bans or high taxation these are all things worth fighting for! A simple cap on an atty that the company put on their to make sure they don't get sued? Don't sweat that.

What he said.

It's been said before, standing around waiting for "someone" to do something will never accomplish anything.
