I don't get what you're trying to prove since you didn't even mention the name of the supplier. But in any case, you could easily get your money back if it was PayPal. If it was through some sort of credit union, I'd imagine you could alert the opposing party that you would file a claim through your credit union. If they still don't refund it, then proceed to filing your claim
There are many many many companies in Shenzhen no company is named? Since your 3rd language should be Chinese you should have less difficuly than I did when my order was messed up.I dont think they would take a paypal payment of $2000 usually through China you need to do a Western Union or Bank transfer for larger orders.
we oready order 3 times, think should be no problem. when start order from them, they promised warranty 1 year for us. but when hav problem, they only tell us atually not include atomiser only warranty battery but 3 months only!
Seems like a personal business problem you have with that company. Since we have no personal ties or even heard of that company, we won't be of much help. Just try to contact the company persistently and maybe even notify your bank of the situation. Not to sound rude but this should be common sense.
Shenzhen First Union Technology is (or at least seems) to be the manufacturer of the RN series e-cigs. Shirley, I am sorry to hear you have a problem with them. I do not know how can I help.
I do work really good (so far) with Smoore, the M series. I have not used their warranty yet, but I will do for sure in the future (Not that I have a lot of bad parts).
Maybe you can contact other suppliers of their models and ask them if they have similar issues and also to try to verify if the contact information that you have is actually the same as they have.
Sorry to hear about your luck with First Union. I used to order from them until the same thing happened to me. They offer a defective product, and are very shady people.
