China Supplier/factory/manufacturer....im confused!

Ok, So ive been trying to get some directly from China, and doing some googling, and came across a company called Limwell. My question is i know there are only a few main factories that manufacture ecig products or at least mech mods, now who should i contact? Cause as far as i know, including hcigar, most brand get their stuff from larger factory and sell them as their own brand, ir OEM.

Im about to do a little deal with electronic cigarette -, at least has anyone experienced dealing with them?

My 2cents worth; Fasttech is a company that a lot of folks use, very cheap, lots to choose from and free shipping. On the whole they have a good name, BUT shipping can be excruciatingly slow.
