Yes and they put the people responsible to death for these infractions in foreign countries. In the US they bail them out.
Matter of fact, yes I have. And I will leave you with just 1 single, solitary word... just one word that should sum up all the trust I have and the rest of the world should have in China.... ready???
Melamine
When it comes to putting anything into your body, always buy from a reputable source. It's impossible to truly know what ingredients are being used in e-juice since there are no requirements in place for full disclosure. Our only option is to buy from a trustworthy source and hope for the best or make your own!
China is far away alright, but their local disributors got local adresses, adresses where lawyers could unload their product liability suits.
What is with this weird idea the fda makes consumed products safer and has our best interests at mind?
And what's with this weird idea that while Chinese eliquid is bad, it's the only thing we can consume that originates from China? You guys do realize a very huge amount of american food is imported from China now, right?

I see just as much crap in the USA, sorry. don't even get me started but seriously that's not much of an argument.. I have been around the block. How was your hydrofluorosilicic acid today? Alcoa. FDA approved legal prescription drugs kill more than all other drugs combined, whether it rings to you or not I'm not continuing but I could fill a page. Do you own a Chevy cobalt? The positive in that article you shared is - the Chinese shut it down! How many us companies have been shut down - plenty. US companies aren't greedy? The Chinese have every chance that we do of creating a good safe product. The good stay the bad fall away.
I sense your a little partial to the Chinese.
ROFLMAO!!!
According to the Chinese courts the Chinese SCEO is NOT a clone of the BMW X5. Apparently they are nothing alike in Chinese law.
Do your American lawyers have the ability to practice law in China? Or are you planning on hiring Chinese lawyers and hoping that works out well for you?
American courts and American lawyers have no jurisdiction there. Send all the paperwork you want, they'll just ignore it. They are protected by the Communist Chinese government (which controls all business in the country).
