Thanks Tuck, I do have a copy of the transcripts for anyone who wants to see the conversation between boB and Lox that took place right before the event.....
While entirely possible as PM mentioned could be murder....I dunno, but I can't rule out the other remote possibility of suicide....we've asked to see the autopsy....no comment on when this will be available.

I was there in thread and in spirit when smilie passed on to the big mod in the sky, boB would never hurt an atty, intentionally or not. I think that smilie simply passed on so that Chippy would have company in the atty afterlife. Smilie was just looking out for his buddy. He didn't realize he was still needed here. boB would have told him over and over over his sadness in the loss of dear Chippy. Smilie just couldn't leave chippy alone the way boB was. Smilie wanted to keep Chippy company, knowing full well that boB had Jr. on the way to him, and that he (boB) wouldn't be alone. As a psychologist in training for a PhD, I can say without a doubt that boB was in a distressed state of mind, with hints of neurosis, but never would he harm an atty. Every minute of boB's time could be accounted for as his grief was so loud it often woke the neighbors and Missy.
Foul play can be entirely ruled out. Even when smilie wasn't directly in boB's hands, boB was watching him closely. (search for post where smilie was vaped by boB's son). So please, let's stop this foolishness, as boB is already suffering, and Jr. is still sleeping safely because of the worry of 3's that boB has. As much as boB wants to vape Jr. he has not because he wants only the best for Chippy Jr.
How could a person who is tucking a baby atty away in his sleeping bag every night, ever hurt another atty? Haven't we all learned a lesson of atty abuse from Chippy's original owner? boB would certainly never partake in any harmful atty activity. He doesn't condone it and his watchful eye has now cost him more of his heart. How much are you willing to put him through? Hasn't this whole week already been hard enough? Actually that only applies to an actual patient of yours. An opinion is in no way a violation as long as you are not the attending. A public opinion by an expert does not violate anything.

I understand that there may be PM's floating around from concerned vapers wondering about Chippy Jr's safety and how one could anonymously (the coward(s)!) report boB to the authorities. This possible PM may have questioned who the proper authorities would be: the ATF? (Atty Tender Fanatics) or some form of Child Protection Services?
It may have even pondered the legality of shipping Chippy's remains across state borders without appropriate embalming as well as the viablity of live streaming without a federal broadcasting license.
Further discussion may have debated the likelihood of boB benefiting, shall we say, fiscally, from the broadcast due to kickbacks from certain "vendors" with possible commercial interests thus the reason he has referred to certain vendors. You know what they say: Sometimes bad advertising is better than no advertising. Look what the Tylenol tampering in the '80's did for Tylenol. Before the deaths and recall no one knew what/who Tylenol was. The tampering put Tylenol front and center on every Nat'l news station in the country and later in our medicine cabinets. (as well as introducing the evil child safe/tamper evident packaging that may have cause me a personal injury resulting in a trip to the ER Christmas Day a couple of years ago...but I digress).
Now I'm not saying there is a PM but if there was, I hope your post helps derail a possible ugly situation during what is already a very difficult time for boB.

My sincere condolences but I think you may be in need of professional help. At least talk to someone about your loss. RIP Chippy.
I am so sorry to have missed the whole chippy situation. Deepest condolences to you boB. I hope you have been cleared of the ridiculous charges levied against you.

I do have concerns over the TV comments as I have never lost an atty using TV....but we all must blame someone while grieving.
