I can't for the life of me figure out which rta I want! I don't care for the pre built coils, just a good build deck. Iv been taking a look at the goliath v2, goblin mini, zephyrus, smok tfv4, u well crown, billow v2 and the horizon phantom, (hearing it has a liquid recycling system seamed very cool) now which of these gets good flavor close to an rda? Decent vapor, (don't need massive clouds) and which in your experience has no leaking? I vape on my royal hunter so could one of these have close to the draw my royal has? Thank you for all your input I appreciate it a lot! Iv been leaning towords the goliath v2.

A few things to consider...

All RTAs will leak if not properly setup. Making sure all your seals are in place and the unit is properly assembled is part of it and the rest of it is proper wicking.

Also, almost any of the above (and I'll add the Lemo2 to your list) can do a great job for you. IMO the primary factor in successful RTA building is deciding to learn the proper care and feeding of whichever tank you choose and then applying one's self to that task. Some require a bit more time and energy to figure out than others, but the important thing is making the decision that you will invest the required time and energy to figure out what makes them tick.

So many folks just want it now and aren't willing to spend any time and effort to obtain the result they are looking for. Don't be one of them ;)

So many to choose from.....

Seeing as you're not interested in using replaceable coils, my recommendation would be to narrow down your selection to RTA's that are dedicated RTA's. In my experience, "sub ohm" tanks that include an RBA section make sacrifices in deck size and wicking channels in order to cram them into where a smaller replaceable coil is suppose to go.

That eliminates all but two of the tanks you mention, the Goblin Mini and Billow V2. From those I'd go for the Billow as the first RTA. It can be serviced without draining the tank...a nice feature for a first RTA, and is also top filling.

You might also consider a look at the Cthulu V2, although I'm not sure it's been released yet. Similar conveniences to the Billow, but offers a single coil and dual coil build deck.

I'd have picked the goliath myself, because you can get a 5pack of rba heads for it
