Wow, it certainly sounds like the last batch of Titans TW got has problems. First of all the manual battery shouldn't be doing that. I'd contact TW about it.

One other thing to note is that you shouldn't judge the throat hit and vapor right away. Sometimes atomizers need a good day or two of use before they come alive and work good. Also, I always drip a drop or two of juice on a new atomizer before I use it. They are supposed to come from the factory with some juice or primer on it already, but if it's dried up by the time it reaches you it won't work well. So give that a try if you haven't already.

I have tried pretty much every e-cig out there and the 510 is without a doubt my favorite. What you are experiencing is not the norm. But like I said, drip on that atomizer and use it for a couple of days before you make your final judgement on it!

Thanks, I'll keep working with them, I haven't given up yet. I really don't think I'll return anything to TW, not after what I've heard. Right now in my life I don't need ANY headaches, it's just not worth it. I've ordered loads from TW and their shipping is great. I've not had to deal with a problem so I don't know how they would be, but I'm not willing to find out.

But yes, you do need a 510. Look into my eyes....then watch the intense amount of vapor flowing from my mouth and through my lips. You are getting sleepy, feeling very relaxed....so at ease and at peace within yourself. You have found what you are looking for. Yes, you do need a 510. There is no sense in trying to fight it. 901 little better vapor than the 501
screwdriver alot better vapor than the 501
I know that a lot of people think the 501 produces more vapor than the 901 but I think they must have some bad 901's. Maybe their using regular 901 carts on the 4075 or some bad atomizers because I have 5 SLB atomizers and they all are producing super amount or vapor.
That being said I like the 501, the vapor is good although the atomizer get to hot to have as your only e-cig if you are a heavy vaporer.

I think there is a very big difference among the
DSE 901 e-cigz.

at the end of the day, different people like different things. some like a short drag, some like a long drag.........its all about personal choice i guess.

I must say out of about 10 901's I have not one of them even come close to the vapor from the 510. Seriously, not even remotely close. I will say I have had a few "hits" with a 901, but nowhere near as consistent as a 510.

For the record - I like the long draw myself.

I'm newbie here who is really looking just looking for someone to point in me the right direction to the perfect e-cigarette of my dreams. I was wondering if this product has a new atomizer everytime you change the cartridge like some e-cigarettes have? And what the equivalent in cigarettes or packs each cartridge is good for. Also do the cartridges come prefilled, so that I never have to use liquid fill them myself or not?

I only have one 510 maybe a got a bad set of atomizers, manual batts work fine (I like them a lot).
the only time the vapor with my 901 atomizer looked like the vapor in your video was after it got pretty old.
this is my experience
maybe I will buy some new 510 atomizers and see if I can get better vapor but they are not cheap.

I’m still struggling with the model numbers. What is the M401 like compared to a DSE/901? Never figured out 101 vs 103???

Ironically, I did what I believe was more than reasonable due diligence in researching my first e-cig purchase. My goal was simply to make sure that each PV I purchased had compatible parts.
I failed miserably on that count.

I. Settled for the “Super Mini” (RN4098?) from TW. They shipped super fast, and I was impressed. 3 days later the only atomizer in the kit failed. TW sent me two atomizers when I only requested one. I have only used one for well over a month now.

II. Bought my second PV-- (DSE-901) from another supplier. One of the batteries failed but replaced under warranty. Not so lucky with the atomizer. Lasted about 30 days—out of warranty.

III. Bought my 3rd PV from yet another supplier—DSE-801 Pen style and ordered two atomizers this time (one still working, one replaced under warranty). Purchased a USB Pass-through failed after a week. Both my batteries are toast—passed warranty period.

IV. Bought 2 more pen style kits from Ruyandirect.com. On the way, but may have customs issue.

V. Wanted the Janty Dura C (510?) but settled for their new Janty stick as that is how I hold my PVs while driving—in my wrapped up palm of my hand.

Who knows what will happen. I doubt orders 4 and 5 will be problem free. I now know.

What really bites is I had to send all my defective parts for each different suppliers for inspection, or possible repair before replacement. The time frame from me shipping back to supplier, supplier shipping back to me (none used priority mail) was not acceptable to me. However, I learned to accept it. What else can I do? I know of one supplier who will ship out defective parts immediately (emergencies), but will charge your credit card, and then refund it later when the old part arrives back to the supplier. A small step, but I did not buy any hardware from that supplier, only juice.

Standard industry practices—So I live with it. No biggie anymore. (Well maybe just a little)...

There is no movie that is coming out, sorry didn't mean to mislead. That was done just for fun. Although we do have a seprate thing we do called the "Chris and Sean" show that just started. Perhaps we could make a Chris and Sean movie

Also the 510 doesn't come with a new atomizer each time like the Long Totems. I wouldn't want it that way anyway as you can't really drip. As for a "best" ecig. It really depends on you. I would say the 510 is a very good start. Have a look at some of Igetch's review as he goes in depth a bit more than we do. He has reviewd many models and that may help you decide.

shame you had to modify the carts though.......they should just work straight out of the box!
