Has anyone else had any issues with orders placed before or around Christmas? Any getting lost or not shipping for a while? I placed an order on the 23rd and was not really expecting it anytime real soon but was surprised to not find it listed on the site under My Orders?! I received an Order Confirmation email 2 minutes after I placed the order and then nothing... I also submitted a ticket to the help desk with my order number asking if the order went thru or not. Still waiting to hear anything. Problem is I am running out of all ejuice. Yes I know I should not have waited but I didn't want to order right before the big sale! lol Anyway does anyone know of what I should do? I want to place another order so I can get some ejuice in but not if my current order is still going to be fulfilled. I don't have the extra cash for 2 orders at the moment. Any ideas?
