Christmas sales delay!

Has anyone else had any issues with orders placed before or around Christmas? Any getting lost or not shipping for a while? I placed an order on the 23rd and was not really expecting it anytime real soon but was surprised to not find it listed on the site under My Orders?! I received an Order Confirmation email 2 minutes after I placed the order and then nothing... I also submitted a ticket to the help desk with my order number asking if the order went thru or not. Still waiting to hear anything. Problem is I am running out of all ejuice. Yes I know I should not have waited but I didn't want to order right before the big sale! lol Anyway does anyone know of what I should do? I want to place another order so I can get some ejuice in but not if my current order is still going to be fulfilled. I don't have the extra cash for 2 orders at the moment. Any ideas?

If your in this situation make sure the order went through on your card. Likely you made it to the final stage of payment but it didn't finish (charge the card) for whatever reason. Non-charged orders will be pruned daily and this is likely why you cannot find the order in your account. The remedy being resubmitting the order. However, if the card has been charged send me a help desk ticket and we'll get you taken care of ASAP.
