I was just thinking how much more pleasant family get togethers are for me now. It used to be everyone in my family smoked and then quit. All but one of my brothers and myself were still smoking. We used to stand outside at christmas and freeze our butts off.
This year was great. They had all heard I quit smoking, and when I whipped out my ecig they were all very curious, but noone had a problem with me sitting there vaping away.
Even my brother who is still smoking asked to try it. He loved it and intends to buy one for himself. I hope he can quit as our father died of emphysema.
This truely is a godsend, and it felt like years ago when we all smoked and you could just sit there and enjoy the get together and not be thinking about when and how to get your next fix in the freezing temps. I'd like to add that i've never met a nicer bunch of people as i've met on this forum. Thanks for all the help i've been getting being a newb.
