So if anyone is interested on how much these new Powerizer batteries rock here it is.

I vape around 3ml of juice a day often a little bit more but not much. The old batteries were lasting me 24 hours (lets forget about the fact that I have one set that only lasted 4-6 hours for now) So if I put a set of batteries in at 10am pretty much without fail sometime around 10am the next morning the Buzz would die.

The Powerizer's arived Monday 8/22. I put them in around 11pm that night. It is now 11:50am Thursday and they are still going. If my math is right (which it often is not) that is a few minutes shy of 61 hours! I am using a 3ohm carto at the moment. The hubby is currently using a 2ohm carto. He put his in at the same time. As of late last night (around 2am) his were still going as well. He did however take them out and charge as he left to go camping this morning and wanted to take them on a full charge.

Mike, does it help you at all if I mark the old batteries to figure out which set is having issues? If does nothing for you I am going to pass as I have no intentions of using them any more then needed. As soon as you get more of the Powerizers in, I'm going to order a few more sets.

Yes, it also applies to the brass caps, relates to the anodizing. Some of the BP have the off feature working OK, but Mike has come up with a positive turn-off approach that will take a cap replacement; found out about that in the initial production deliveries, the joys of finish tolerances.

There is nothing to worry about from a battery drain standpoint -- the little red LED is very low power consumption. There is the possibility of an unintended turn-on (not a hazard, just that you heat the atty/carto) if you put it in a pocket then press on it. I've had this happen, with the Infinity and now the BP, so intend to pick up the new BP cap when it is available, but for a lot of people it is a non-issue/don't care.

The red led stays lit, but a button press won't light the blue led and it doesn't fire the atty on mine when I unscrew the bottom cap a 1/4 turn. Did you check to see if it fires? My red led will go out when I push the button and won't come back on unless I tap the bottom pretty good so I am fine with it.
