Mine's inconsistent enough that I'll go for the cap swap. A positive off, without having to remove or flip batteries, is for me an important thing. The Infinity is feeling lonely, usually just sitting on a tray now :)

LOL my infinity is feeling rather lonely as well. She stares sadly at me every time I open the juice drawer :p

The two chromes one we have don't go off all. When I got my woody I put in the batteries and as soon as the spring touched the batteries, the light turned red before I even began screwing. (Too much can be misread read there, so I'll point it out before others do... "Got my woody .... began screwing"... ok moving on now!) I have no clue why I thought this had been corrected when I chose chrome, my bad and I feel like I am now just causing more problems for Mike.

The two brass ones do turn to off but are finicky and yes even a light tap does turn them back on.

I've never returned anything to notcigs, will we have to send them back before we get the replacements. That might be how I make up my mind.
