It is 7 PM EST Sunday after receiving the BP yesterday around 10:45 11:00 AM. Vaped maybe 4 or 5 ML juice yesterday, maybe 3 so far today. On the same AW protected batteries using a 1.5 DC tank. Wow, just wow.

That's great huh? I had a Pro and was getting 18hr. on it. They are an amazing PV.

Glad to report, my first set of betteries are working well.

As for the original topic of this email, my husbands black with brass shuts on and off with no problems.

My purple with brass seems to be a tad bit finicky... sometimes I have to go a little further to shut off then others and sometimes if I go to far it turns back on, but once you find the sweet spot it stays of. For the most part... it seems OK. I am not really planning on needing to shut it off to often (if it is off... how can I be vaping) but have been playing with it only because this thread got me curious... so for me it is all good!

My moms black with chrome caps is an entire different ball game! It is all over the place. You have to screw pretty far to get the LED to go off and even the slightless tap has the led back on. It seems to me the only way to really turn it off reliably would be to screw the end cap all the way off... but she doesn't even know that on/off is a feature... so I am just going to leave it that way and not confuse her!

On a side note, I am still trying to figure out how my moms shipped like two days after mine and they both ended up in the PO box on the same day... That is mail in Montana for you!

My bp is toasty.
Running second pair of batteries. 3.2 ohm measured carto.
Only ran through 4 ml.
Top batt reads 3.1v, bottom 3.5. I had topped them off, started at 4.17v on both.
No biggie, back to the infinity for a bit :) (infinity runs full day for me, 6ml consistently, so the bigger buzz batts should run longer)

5 C, not great. Amazing. Ya hear that Mike ? Amazing. It's almost 10 PM and still going......and going. Time for another tank refill. Sheesh, three tankfuls, one set of batts. What's the world coming to. :)

Science time! Going to run the two pairs through multiple cycles, see if run life improves and if low voltage keeps tracking on the top battery. I've re-paired, the original lower voltage top batts are now pair 1, the original bottom batts are pair 2.

Thanks for doing this Mark ! I am curious as to what is going on here ?? we had NO problems in Beta testing !

When I had the beta I remember checking that and they discharged evenly. I can't understand how that works because usually the protection circuit will kick off because of an imbalance. That is a weird one for sure.

The protection circuit is supposed to kick on for Over current and Over / under voltage , I am looking for the protection circuit specs right now ( cant find the damn file ?? asking for it again )

Well it looks like the 0 volt batts have recovered ? can we confirm that ?

Mine seem to have recovered. Haven't tripped protection today(using the same batteries). My run times seem a little short though, about 4-5 hours. About the same or a little less than my old Buzz. I'm using ultrafires that are about 6 months to a year old. I plan on ordering up some AWs when I get paid but I doubt I'll suddenly get 18hr run times off them.
