I haven't received my Chuck yet, I only ordered it about 5 days ago, but I need to be able to carry it. I have my old belt case for my mace from back when I was in law enforcement, and it should be about the perfect size. The problem is that the case is nylon so the switch could still get pressed.

Has anyone figured out a way to carry their chuck with them or some kind of slip-on mod to protect the switch unintentional pressings?

Same here, just take the carto off and throw it in one of the empty pockets of my purse, back pocket etc. Usually they just sit upright at the desk or in the cupholder of my car but if I leave the car, even for a second I pull the carto. That's because for the first time in my life, I actually have a car that I wouldn't want to see burn.

Didn't someone recommend a leather cigar case? It held 2 cigars and was sized right for a Chuck. When the Chuck was slid in and the button turned toward the other slot it prevented accidental firings. I think the other slot could also hold an extra battery or bottle too. Had a fold-over flap and I think a belt loop?

My memory is as good as it's always been so I could be totally wrong!

Well, it would just slide down a bit to reveal the button, It would mainly be to avoid pocket pressing.

I'm really interested in what you might find out... I hadn't thought of this angle before, but something that slips in place to avoid the pocket press would be sweet. I was in a huddle with several other nurses (shift change report) when someone noticed smoke coming out of my scrubs pocket.... Of course, I'm personally so hot that I could easily explain that away :D ... but for unfortunate OTHER chuck users.. like uh... my FRIEND! that's it... he could really use something like this

I have 4 chucks and use a 3 finger cigar case to store 3 in while the 4th hangs around my neck from a flashlight lanyard.

Where does one find a flashlight lanyard? I need something for playing in the woods because I need one hand free to catch my fat .... if I am going over some rough stuff and the otherone has to carry the cooler.
PENTAGON LIGHT RING LANYARD-BLACK
The ring fits the chuck perfectly below the button and then just make a loop atound your atty for holding upright and security. Been using mine for 5 months.

Is the ring a rubber type material? It's hard to tell in the picture, it looks like metal.
It is metal, bot it's smooth and won't scratch your chuck because it doesn't move much. It's barely bigger than a chuck. As I said, been using mine for 5 months without any scratches. It just works great, no more dropping my chuck and no more accidental button pushes from being in a pocket or elsewhere. I leave my atty on my chuck at all times so I just reach down and get it and puff whenever I want too. I noticed they are out of stock but if you searck for pentagon light and check accessories you will find one. It's the only thing I have foun that works.
