I currently use the Joye 510 and I'm looking to take my vaping experience to 6v. I have a few questions that I asked Jeff but he hasn't gotten back to me yet.

1. Besides the physical size, what's the difference between the Little and Big Chuck? Is the Little Chuck capable of 6v?

2. Will my 510 atty's work on the Chuck? If so, does it need some sort of adapter or does it screw right in?

3. I notice that there's a choice of getting standard colors or a customized graphic. How much more $$ is custom and what is the ETA on delivery? What is the ETA on a standard color?

4. When you buy the Chuck does it come with batteries?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Matt

No, the Little Chuck only does 3.7 volts, and uses different 3.7v batteries to do so.

2. Will my 510 atty's work on the Chuck? If so, does it need some sort of adapter or does it screw right in?
If you order a 510 Chuck then yes.
But you can order any kind of Chuck and get the adapters for other atomizers.

3. I notice that there's a choice of getting standard colors or a customized graphic. How much more $$ is custom and what is the ETA on delivery? What is the ETA on a standard color?
Standard colors cost the same.

As far as ETA for them, I think only Jeff can answer that.
But I THINK it might be quicker to order a standard color and skip graphics.

4. When you buy the Chuck does it come with batteries?
No, it does not.

Wow, thanks for all your very fast replies!

Another question then. I only started vaping in January and really haven't explored higher voltage vaping until now.. The saying "More is not always better" comes to mind. Does the 6v produce more vapor than the 3.7v? I like the Little Chuck's size but my main objective is to have something that produces a lot of vapor.

6 volts will produce more vapor with a shorter drag.

I only vape at 3.7v because I like to take long drags.
Long drags at 6v will burn your juice and may lead to atomizer death.

I think a lot of people like to take a short drag and get tons of vapor.
If that is you, then you might love 6v vaping.

It just isn't me though.
:)

Also, please know that a big 3.7v battery will crush a small one in terms of vapor production.
My stock batteries can not touch the vapor production of my Chuck at 3.7 volts.

So yeah, you'll get lots more vapor no matter what you choose.

3.7 is still more mind blowing than a 510. I got both chucks, I have finally decided I like my chuck over the little chuck. Regardless, I vape both at 3.7 6 volts is a little tricky, blew my very first atomizer out on it so you definately need to do some homework on it.

Like I said, 3.7 is incredible. I ordered a 510 fitting on my chucks, use an adapter and cartomizers and also no adapter and the 510 cartomizers. Vaping is now as fast and easy as it was to light up a cig and the vapor and TH from my chuck blows away a regular smoke even.

I take 3/4 sec draws @ 6V, using regular attys, haven't popped one yet .... LOL I try to remember it's a e-cig ... not something else :p
Yeah, because that's the thing.

I like to take 10 second drags.
Chalk it up to my original learning curve being the use of not-to-be-mentioned legal alternatives.

Well, at least legal to me, where I live, with my doctor prescription.
:)

I used to kill a cigarette in 8 drags, or 10 drags if I was forgetting what I was doing.
:D

Ok, another question. With my Joye 510 it sometimes burns the cart and I get a plastic taste in my mouth. I can imagine that with a higher voltage it'll melt the carts. I know a lot of Chuck users drip, but what would be the solution if dripping is not an option.. Example: I take frequent car trips where dripping wouldn't be an option.

I use 510 Cartomizers from VaporKings: FIVE (5) Joye 510 compatible e-Cigarette blank cartomizers (This is NOT Genuine Joyetech!)
They are great for on the go.

The are beyond great. When I was using the 510, I got so disgusted with the burnt fill, it usually isn't the cart, its the filler, which can be full of juice but if the very end near the atty dries up some then you get that horrid horrid taste. I messed around with fluval, same bleck. I used the screen mod, better but tired of the leaky mess. I discovered cartomizers. Occassionally you'll get a bit of juice in the mouth, just a bit, no more leaks though and they outlast a regular cartridge. I use the regular ones that need an 801 adapter, not bad, not bad at all. Got some 510 cartos that ScaGin listed....a much easier draw, no sucking required, just hit the button, inhale...they are a fuzz noisey and your draw is a fuzz airier. If you don't like it there is a tip for plugging one of the little airholes on the suppliers thread somewhere. They hold mondo amounts of e-liquid and last a good part of the day if you fill and spin them till they can hold no more. I get a tad leakage sometimes if I over fill but you can quick get rid of that. Fantastic for work and driving when you don't have time to fiddle, top off and all that jazz.

I've been using the same carto for a good week now. Still going strong. Sadly, I think I'll be tossing all my in use cartos for new ones since I have a cold but they are made for tossing.

Cartomizers come sealed, with the atomizer attatched. There are a few ways to refill them... however they were originally conceptualized to be throw aways once they were empty, atomizer and all. They wick better than a cart, and last longer overall. Some refill methods are a little more involved than others as well since technically they weren't designed with refilling in mind.

Carts are just the cart part with whatever polyfill, batting, etc they throw in there.. and are generally notorious for not wicking well without some form of modification. Seperate from the atomizer to give the user an easy way to refill them.
