Getting a lil Chuck soon, but have been debating getting a normal one as well. Was interested in little Chuck because it seemed extremely good for Stealth vaping, smaller and the regular Chuck looked too big too me originally, but now thinking its not as big as I thought. Was wondering how they stacked up, to someone who has both. On a full charge is the regular Chuck slightly stronger(read they actually run at around 4.2v on a full charge)? Also was mainly wanting to vape Cartomizers so I figured a lil Chuck would be fine, but it appears the regular Chuck has a lot longer battery life, didn't realize how much longer, I believe regular Chuck has 3x the Mah.

get both, lol...if u get the lil chuck 1st, ull wanna big chuck. if u want to try both out, get the big chuck, have best of both worlds, they are ALOT smaller than most mods and alot smaller than they look in pics....big cjucks last 2-3 days heavy vaping and lil chuck, 4-10hrs depending on maH of batts. get the 18350 ultrafire for 10 plus hrs on lil chuck, 1650 3000maH for big chuck, or two 3v cr123s for big chuck 6vs, batts range from 600-900maH

Was meaning stacked up a lil differently(like how the lil chuck is at 3.7 v compared to regular chuck) xD but that answered one of my questions. I am too lazy too look through all the pages of that though.

They both use 3.7v batteries, that when fully charged, will both put out 4.2v in the begining. The Chuck will last about 4 days with moderate vaping, and the Little Chuck will last about 1.25-1.5 days with moderate vaping. Both will perform the same, the Chuck will just last longer because of the bigger battery. Other that the length of the tube, they are identical.

i just received my little chuck. I ordered batteries and charger from Order/Bulk almost 3 weeks ago but have not received them. The warehouse where my husband gets his knives also carry streamlight batteries and I picked up a couple of them. They are CR123A 3V. My litte chuck does not seem to be producing much vapor and hardlly any throat hit. I noted that the battery I ordered is a CR123A 3.7v.

Is there a difference between CR123A 3V verses CR123A 3.7v. Could this be the reason I having so much trouble with the little Chuck.I even changed out atomizers 3 times and used different flavor to see if this could help.

I'm I expecting too much from the Little Chuck. My regular 510 is producing much more vapor and throat hit.

But could the CR123A with 3 volts be different from the CR123A with 3.7 volts. Could that be causing it not to work as good as it should. I just expected a lot more than I am getting. I am concerned after spending 80.00 for the chuck and another 32.00 for batteries and charger. I would just like it to perform better.

By the nature of the chem all these batteries are about 3.7 volts. The voltage can't change unless you go to a completely different kind of battery and no one has found true 3 volt. If we had one we wouldn't need the resistors. Another type is 1.5 volts but 4 of them is so close to 2 3.7's no one is working with the extra size.

I know you think I an stupid but is there enough difference to cause the Little Chuck not to perform as it should. I am getting almost no vapor and the 510 atomizer is not even getting very hot just warm.

What are you talking about when you say 2 -3v in series. Only one of them fit in the the chuck at one time.

Martha,
It would have to be your battery or your atomizer since the little chuck is just a battery holding tube. Mine works great, lots of vapor, but I have an 801 atty connection. I use the battery that Jeff recommended in his thread. I don't remember off-hand what they were, but if you can't find the info in the thread, PM me and I'll look at them.
Or you might PM Jeff about your issue with the battery and see what his opinion is.
Good luck.
