Check the silicone grommet in the connector, if it's loose, that could be your problem.

Apparently, they talked about this on the latest VaporCast (ep 25) mentioning that the constant presence of PG and such would begin to break it down and cause it to loosen, or even be misshapen which can cause non functions, and possible dead shorts.

it has happened on both chucks we have in the group. not the chuck's fault- just the lifespan of that gromet. if you can push the center pin up from the bottom (unscrew top cap, careful not to break the wire solder) then it is probably time to replace it. if you want some more info, let us know and we can try to help. works like a champ after the scott surgery. contact@vaporcast.com
