So, just ordered my Chuck a few days ago. Basic metallic blue, no custom.

Wondering about batts. Do you guys have any problems with CR123 batts
from different manufacturers fitting in the Chuck?

I know some high volt PV's (like the Prodigy) have a "skin tight" batt tube
so I am having a really hard time finding batts for it. Even the stock Tenergy 123A's very a bit, but even if it's 1mm too wide, it will not
fit in the Prodigy. Very frustrating

I know where you're coming from with the V2 tolerance and some batt's fit and others don't. I've never had a problem with any of my cr123a's or 18650's in my Chuck. I've used Tenergy 3.0 volt, Trustfire 3.7 volt, Trustfire 3.6 volt, Ultrafire 3.7 volt, Tenergy 18650 and Trustfire 18650 without any problems at all.

This is how much space you got in the battery area using RCR123a's.

Thank you everybody (esp thanks for posting that pic for me).

I feel better now that my question has been answered :)

I do have a bunch of both RCR and CR123 batts made by Trustfire,
Tenergy, etc. some of my Tenergy ones are all green and about 1mm
too fat for my Prodigy.
I was going to send them back, but now I will keep them.

Thanks again, you guys are very helpful :)
