I agree with Brutus on Want2vapes, apparently the juice master there is fabulous though I haven't tried them (yet). Another to try is Halo's bella valente, very cigar like and a great juice (this one needs a month steep time at least...in fact I have a bottle that I filled a carto with that I no longer want (just not for me), about 4-5 ml left (well steeped LOL) I can send it to you if you like).

Vaperite has many extracted tobaccos, the Perique is one I love but may be more like pipe than cigar but they have many others (this is one of my favorite venders for juice) They have a Cuban Supreme Tobacco that may fit the bill, amongst others.

Another vender is Vermillion River, their Kentucky Premium blends are wonderful, and may fit the bill, they also offer a free sample to try for just $2.5 shipping.

Keep in mind that almost all of these will need some steep time.

I'd recommend Highbrow Vapor's Tobacco Exotic (they also carry a Cigar and a French Pipe). HV's tobaccos are naturally extracted, and the TE has a very strong, earthy flavor to it (it's unlike any natural tobacco I've ever tried, but I LOVE it).

One word of caution: These tobaccos need some serious steeping.

I will also second Esoterica's recommendation of Vermillion River Kentucky Premium Blends (especially the No. 7).
