When you get more time in you can always diy, seedman sells seeds so you can grow your own. You can get many of the needed chemicals to treat the tobacco at places like Home Depot. Acetone, rat poison, various paint thinners and such. I usually get some roofing tar to help with the bonding process and some naphtha because I like the scent and flavor it adds.
And if you want, the leaves can be used to roll cigars, you don't get the fancy tins or bands this way, but you don't really need them anyway.
Also don't throw away that vaping gear just yet, RBA's can be used as a lighter, just remove the wick from your coil and it becomes a glowing red lighter. For more stubborn lighting problems, putting a drop or two of ejuice on the coils can produce a nice little flame.
