I recently received an order of E-juice I ordered from CigEasy and when I opened the package all of them but 1 were leaking and mixed with the ink on the labels that the supplier used, a total nasty mess. I emailed Frank and told him what happened and he told me that there was some issues with some new bottles and caps and that there had been some reports of leaking issues. He then told me that it would be fine to use anyways because it could only leak out and that there was no chance that any of the juice mixed with ink could get into the bottle.

Im really not comfortable vaping something that even has the remote possibility that it was contaminated with ink...

I have requested that the product be replaced, no response, I then asked for a refund and where to send the contaminated ones back to, no response...

Now this isnt the first time I have had an issue with them, a while back I had a bad battery in my go-go kit and they went on for days telling me to try this (twist the button), try that, click harder, etc. It took about a month before I got a replacement and I had to go through a 3rd party to get it taken care of. The replacement had the exact same issue, I still think they sent me back the same one.

They are quick to get your order shipped, and great about communicating your order status, but it ends there, if you have any issues at all they will respond once and ignore you from there on.

It's just silly how a vendor will sacrifice the reputation of there business of $15 worth of juice..

Hi Motonut,

I am just a nerd that mainly handles the (geeky):matrix:technical support stuff for Cig Easy via ssv2@cigeasy.com though, do not have access to information regarding their orders and shipping. I can say that if you have not received any returned correspondence within the last 24hrs or so from Cig Easy's website support mail?
It is because, Frank was off in Disney Land yesterday :banana:with his son and his whole family from out of town.
I am trying to get a hold of Cig Easy headquarters myself today and have not had any luck as of yet. We are on totally different time zones.

No worries!

I know Frank is very good about making things right with customer orders. Probably way behind in shipping orders or something over there? The website support e-mail is no doubt insanely flooded too 8-oso, they are very likely trying to get caught up from the last two days of all that stuff as well.

Motonut you left out some important info in your Rant!

I wrote you Monday:

Yup! I had a few reports of leaking. The bottles have a thinner drip tip that makes it easier to fill the Cartomizers. But the factory used the old caps meant for the fatter tip.

I can assure you the leakage is a one way deal. Don't worry about any ink getting in the liquid.

I have new caps on the way from the factory that should be here in about a week.

Send an email to support before your next order and I will comp you some extra liquid.

Need to Rant? OK Offer Withdrawn!

Frank

FYI- Comp meant free no need to return anything!

Yes, you said "Send an email to support before your next order and I will comp you some extra liquid" Key words being "before your next order" I replied to you saying that I was not going to use this stuff and I wanted it replaced and asked where you wanted it returned to, so I wasnt asking for anything but what I had paid for. Of what you sent only 1 was not leaking and covered with ink and e-juice, so I had 10ml to use until you (I was hoping) replaced the bad ones.

Why would I (or anyone else) place another order when this one wasnt delt with? This would be a non-issue of you would have just sent out replacements and I would have sent you back the bad stuff, like any other supplier would have done.
