I recently received an order of 6 10ml bottles of E-juice and when I opened the package all of them but 1 were leaking and mixed with the ink on the labels that the supplier used, a total nasty mess. I emailed the supplier and told him what happened and he told me that there was some issues with some new bottles and caps and that there had been some reports of leaking issues. He then told me that it would be fine to use anyways because it could only leak out and that there was no chance that any of the juice mixed with ink could get into the bottle.

Im really not comfortable vaping something that even has the remote possibility that it was contaminated with ink...

My question to all of you is.. Would you still use it?

im really picky as to what goes into my lungs since i quit smoking, as should everyone else. im sure you, like most, started vaping to get away from putting gunk in your lungs. So i would NOT vape those at all. thats my opinion if you want to be possibly be writing things on your lungs in ink be my guest.

But besides that, Five 10ml bottles all leaked? I would demand a refund immediately
If he refuses make sure no one else in the vaping community has to deal with his customer service by going to the negative reviews forum and tell them how you feel.
If it was me i would want all my money including shipping and maybe even some free juice for all your troubles

I agree with the vendor in the fact that there's little to no chance of anything seeping back in the bottles but I also think the vendor should be held responsible to replace the order, especially when the vendor has told you it's a known issue with those bottles.

So would I feel safe in using them, absolutely buttttt that's not the point. The vendor should replace or refund the order with no hassle and that's what I shoot for.

My thought is that if it can leak out... air can get in. Air, heat, cold.... all can affect the flavor of your juices! Those were not sealed, period. And if the vendor is aware of it... then he is not overly concerned with the safety quality of something going into his customers body.

I wouldnt drink a bottle of distilled water that was leaking... why would we vape something not sealed upon arrival?

Ink. Yummy.

I'd want a refund on principal. OTOH... if it is from a vendor with really yummy juice that you have had no other issues with, just ask for a fair on-line credit to your account, vape the rest, and order more when they get the bottle issue fixed. No mail mess that way.

I personally wouldn't worry about ink... but I didn't see the package either. I would think it would have to floating in ink to worry about it. If it's just minor leaking and good juice... I'd probably vape it. lol.

EDIT: from the pics... vape it if you want. But get credit. Or don't use em again. 2 cents.

Being I work in the Pharmaceutical industry I know all too well that using this is not a "safe" idea, if this issue occured with something as simple as cough syrup it would be recalled by the FDA, it may be ok, probably is, but "probably" and "may be" are not good enough for something you are putting into your body. And there is also the whole point of it, if it were me and this happened to a customer of mine I would have a new shipment out before I even emailed the customer back, that would not be acceptable to me.

I think you should definitely be refunded, I mean we're not talking big money here. Un requested refunds go a long way in terms of customer service rankings. It would show that the company cares. I'm surprised that they didn't refund you immediately. I've gotten refunds and more for alot less than leaky bottles. I'd steer clear of that company.

Yep, i'd vape them. However I HATE my vape stuff being messy. I got an order like this a few weeks ago. This is after the vendor LOST my first package in the mail.......The vendor got mad that I emailed her & told her about it, but agreed to remake the ONE bottle of juice that leaked.........LAME............(because all of the labels on my other juices were totally saturated too)

I can't stand it when vendors don't want to take responsibility for THEIR shipping. As far as i'm concerned, they have my money, & my package is their responsibility until it arrives at MY door.

*shrug* a lot of these flimsy plastic bottles leak. Temperature goes up, juice comes out. The likelihood of it then running back into the bottle in any significant quantity is reasonably close to nil. Besides, even if you swallowed the whole bag full of labels, I think you'd be fine.

It's an inconvenience, for sure. The label will be oily forever now, but I wouldn't be alarmed.

To be fair, the vendors don't lose things in the mail; the postal service does. Vendors should be aware that this is going to happen, though, and more often with USPS than more expensive parcel services.

Corollary rant, but I've always found it a little maddening that parcel services sell insurance... Wait, so I pay you to deliver it, and then pay extra to ensure that you don't lose it in the process?

It would depend on how much I liked the juice. There are so few juices I've found good enough to be a long term vape. If I thought this juice might be a long term vape, I'd give it another try or two.

There is the opposite end of the spectrum. TW provides high quality juice that I love. But it also comes in high quality bottles that I'm sure unnecessarily inflate the price. I wish they would stop doing this.

Yes, I like their juice and have been using it for a while now, this is not the first issue I have had with them, I got a bad battery in my go-go kit and it took over a month to get it replaced, they seem to be one of those vendors that is really good about sending you information about your orders and shipping it quickly, but when it comes to product issues they are way less responsive, to the point that I feel ignored. I sent an email to them this morning requesting a refund, if I dont hear back from them soon I will post up in the bad vendor section to start.
