Any experience with them? I only received half my order and no contact back from them, not sure how to proceed. Mistakes happen, hoping to report fast solution...

I have no experience dealing with them. I looked and they offer an email address to contact them. Looks like that's your option unless maybe there was a phone # on your invoice??

Yeah, thanks, did that, no phone number, emails only. Just wondered if anyone had any issues and how quickly they were resolved. On a positive note, am loving my chocolate mint and caramel liquid from them!

I've used them before and had no issues...I thought that they had great service. But I've only used them once though...

Thanks lightgeoduck, I sent a PM to him. I'm sure it was an oversight as I had read many positive reviews of this vendor here on ECF before ordering...

Their return policy had me concerned as it stated contact within 72 hours, I attempted contact a few times upon receiving my order and I have not heard anything back yet...

I've been dealing with Frank (PocketAces)(cigeasy) for months. Never a problem. Great customer service. Fast email responses. Always stands by his product. Great prices. If he hasn't responded, there MUST be a good reason. Give him a little time. He really will make it right

Update: Frank (pocketaces) contacted me this morning after returning from a lengthy stay at the HOSPITAL!!!! Crisis averted thank goodness for he and his family and I am assured my situation will resolved soon... there has been much upheaval business-wise since Frank's unexpected crisis, his poor daughter has been trying to keep up!

So there WAS a good reason for the company "going dark" lately...actually could not be a BETTER reason, yikes, send prayers to Frank and his family !!

Thanks to you all for assuring me I had made a good choice with CigEasy and to just "hang in there"! I will sit back and enjoy my other "stuff" I received from them and patiently wait for my starter kit (the missing product from my order!)
