I started doing some DIY in the new year as planned. It was nice having ready made to start out because there was so many other things to learn, research, shop for buy make work right find the best price for lowest shipping And on and on but now I'm ready to save at least $12.00 a 30 ml bottle. Even if it's not real wonderful mistake sometimes it still tastes better to me than somebody else's not so wonderful mistake because I made it, I saved a lot of money and it was alearning experience. Pretty much a win win situation. Just tell him he's not too bright and no wonder so many people are happily making their own juice. I mean come on...it's NOT that you can't make your own juice, you just don't want to bad enough for whatever reason. Well now you have 3 reasons to maybe want to do it yourself. 1) Ruined vaping experience with disappointing customer service. 2), blah juice and 3) a lost opportunity to have a good quantity of juice you like to vape for less than money than buying in 10 ml sizes. Too bad.

Two bottles still sit in my vape box and one bottle I slowly mixed with a similar flavor from another vendor so it wasn't a complete waste of money :(
DIY is starting to look like a necessary choice

I started to DIY after having over $60 of my favorite juice go bad and the vendor unwilling to address the issue other than to say to trade with somebody for something I like more. :(

On the bright side...now that I have DIY supplies, I don't HAVE to buy vendor juice. :)

I sent them a very nice email this morning, reviewing the situation and asking them again to show me that they do have good customer service. If they do not step up to the plate I will be posting a negative review on ECF.
I'm still disappointed in the fact that I have had to push them to try to get this handled correctly. Ive given them every opportunity to make good on this without having to prod them.

I wanted to update you all......after sending another nice but frank email this morning to the vendor in question, they did respond back with a positive and apologetic response. I also received notice that replacement juices were shipped out to me today.
Apparently the person who handles these issues was out of the loop for some reason and responded positively once he read the email this morning. I do know that he was not the person who responded to me originally, so I believe his story and accept the apology.

I am very happy that I chose to send another email to the vendor as a last ditch effort before publicly slamming them in the Negative Review thread.

Thanks everyone for your opinions and advice, it is appreciated.

I'm the General Manager at a busy restaurant. Even though my crew is fantastic, I'm still surprised at how often a customer contacts me to say that they felt their visit wasn't handled perfectly well, and I have no knowledge of the situation because by the staff member's measure of the situation, it didn't bear mentioning. It's rare in my case (because they're a pretty awesome staff), but it happens.

Glad it worked out for you.

I had kind of a similar situation, but mine wasn't with flavor, but nic strength. I've been ordering from the same vendor for seven months. I always order the same flavor and the same nic strength and buy several bottles at a time since it's my all-day vape. I order 12 mg. On my last order, they sent four bottles and I noticed the strength was 24 mg. I contacted them and their response was basically, Sorry about that, you can buy 0 nic in the same flavor and cut the ones you have in half. That's what I ended up doing, but I was disappointed that they didn't even offer to send me the 0 nic for free or at least at a discount since it was their mistake and honestly--how much does it cost them to make 0 nic VG/PG liquid with some flavoring? Pennies? I could have used my own flavorless base, but that would have cut the flavor in half and even though I have done DIY, I haven't been able to replicate the flavor of this juice yet.

I know it's not as bad as the OP's flavorless juice, but I was disappointed that the vendor put me in the position of possibly getting sick from the higher nic level and then didn't even offer to do anything to correct their mistake, especially considering I have to be one of their best customers. I'm now working harder to try to replicate the flavor so I can make it myself.
