I ordered my tank LATE Saturday night. When I woke up the order confirmation was in my email! I was pretty impressed, so that nite, Sunday about 9pm (PACIFIC time) I sent a lil thanks note. (or it may have been a marriage proposal...) Vicki answered me in 10 minutes! Late on a Sunday night!!!
Girl!!! Don't you ever sleep???
Thanks again Ms. Vicki. I'll be ordering 1 more full kit W/ the extras for my daughter & her boyfriend soon.

Nope, I don't think she sleeps at all. Answers emails at all times of the day and night, and I got my eGo-T in hand 3 days after ordering. And I will be ordering more from her!

I love Cignot and Vicky, my only "grip" is that it always takes 5 days for my order to get here, I order other stuff that leaves the same PO (elk Grove) and I get it in 4 days. Kinda baffles me.
