Just placed my first order with Cignot, and at checkout they charged $5.00 for shipping? I ordered a 510 no box kit that was supposed to be free shipping?? Anyone know about this??
me too. I think that's how much they charge for shipping but, sometimes people say the kit is $40 shipped and sometimes they just say it's $35. Maybe I got confused?
I think its order over $59? And one of the qualifying items is a no box kit.
Its not as complciated as it seems - the site might explain it better - but shoot em an email they could probably explain it so you stop scratching your head (I love your icon btw)
"
Flat rate $5.00 shipping
All orders over $59.00 ship Free!
Simply look for the logo on selected items throughout the store.
If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $59 or more, your order ships FREE!
(very large orders may be subject to additional shipping fees)"

Just thought that the no box item qualified for free shipping, did not not understand it to mean that you had to also spend $59. I think it should be worded better. Also for the months that I have been reading this forum, I have heard many times that you can get the 510 no box for "$35 shipped" so needless to say I was a little disappointing, okay a lot disappointing. Just venting, I'm sure I will love it when it gets here.
I can understand your confusion as I've run across that many times online shopping. Any order over $59 ships for free at Cignot and the $35 shipped was mis-information. Trust me when I say that the $5 shipping is well worth it once you receive your Joye 510 from them. Just remember to blow out, rinse out the new attys really good before you use them for the first time. Put about 4 drops of e-juice directly on the atty and don't inhale the first few vapes, just blow them out of your mouth.
With some new attys it takes a little while to really get to full potential. You won't be disappointed and Good Luck with your new 510!
Cignot has been great for me. But,I can understand why you thought shipping was free. Don't sweat it too much you still got just about the best deal anywere. These are the real deal not a knockoff and you will have it in no time. I ordered my first 510 kit from china for $35 delivered it took a month to show up and was not the real thing. It still works great so I am not complaining but I could have been vaping about a month quicker if I had gone with cignot. That would have saved me a lot more than $5.
Knowing these ladies, I would bet they will make it more clear on their website. This is a business where they work very hard to make their customers happy.
I would probably just ask them if you can get free shipping on your next order no matter how big it is. That would be a win win situation for both of you.
I agree with many of the previous posts. As they've stated, the $5 shipping won't be an issue once you get it and find out how amazing the Joye 510 actually is. I bought a 510 from Cignot, and I'll admit that they have the fastest shipping from any of the online retailers that I've ordered from.

It will get here fast. I literally ordered my kits last friday and they both came in today. These companies know how to cater to nic addicts. I didn't use Cignot, but I can't imagine they will be much slower than innovapor or V4L.
I ordered my very first PV setup from Cignot last week, got the 510 kit with the PCC. Ordered late on Monday night, it was in my mailbox on Thursday - we're talking IL to AZ. I ordered enough to qualify for free shipping, but would have happily paid $5 for such blazing fast service. I shop online a TON, and $5 for three day shipping is unheard of. Especially for such an excellent product, not to mention the cool factor
