I'm brand new to ecigs and have been very confused about models, liquids, options etc... I sent an email to Cignot explaining that I had a few questions before ordering and provided my phone number.

Within minutes, I received a phone call from one of the nicest people you will ever speak with. She spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering questions and explaining the different models and options.

I am receiving "service beyond expectation" and just wanted everyone to know how much its appreciated.

She said my order would ship today, I'll update and post about the speed of shipment and quality of product when I receive it.

Thank you Cignot!

ps I decided on the 510 kit with PCC

They actually spoil you for other suppliers - all of the PV and juice suppliers I have dealt with have been great but cignot raises the bar so high that anything less than 'cignot service' seems like 'bad' service, even when its good compared to other (non PV) online retailers lol.
This is why I never hesitate to recommend them to people - they deliver in spades.

Vicki at Cignot is the absolute best. So far, I've bought 3 kits for other ppl through her, and my boss bought an eGo kit for his wife

The ONLY time there was a problem with an order was last night. My sister in CA got her No Box w/ PCC kit, and everything was in it except the PCC. Mistakes happen, no big deal... I emailed Vicki around 11pm about it.

When I came in to work (830 am), I had an email from her. By 9:30, I had a second email, with the USPS tracking number of the PCC on it's way to my sis!

She's the ONLY one I refer "noobs" to. The prices are excellent, quality is excellent, shipping speed is phenomenal, and the customer service is like.... well, it's like having the flu when you're six years old, and having your mom take care of you. "Customer Service" doesn't even come close to describing it.
