I ordered a Tatroe SS Protank-style tank from CigTechs a couple weeks ago. This Tatroe tank is a SS version of a Kanger Protank, and works with the Kanger Protank bases and heads. When I ordered my Tatroe tanks, CigTechs was out of bases, so this meant that I would have to use a base from one of my Protanks on the Tatroe, leaving me with a Protank top with no base.
I ordered another Tatroe tank because I loved the first one so much and noticed that they were back in stock of bases. So, in the comments section of my order, I asked if I could get an additional base and would gladly allow them to charge me the additional $ for the extra base. The second tank arrived today with an additional base at no extra cost to me.
The folks at CigTechs seem to care about their customers when they're willing to throw someone like me a bone. They have some cool looking APV mod accessories, and knowing that they have the customer in mind will have me shopping with them in the future.
