Citric Acid Anhydrous, Monohydrate or Dihydrate??

I wanna use Citric Acid in some fruity flavors but when I went to buy it I found these three types Anhydrous, Monohydrate and Dihydrate.

Which one should I use ??

Also it comes as powder .. so what is the best way to dissolve it .. water or PG?? and what percentage?

I searched the internet and this forum but couldn't find an answer...

It would be cheaper for me to buy Citric Acid locally than ordering TFA Sour and ship it to my country ..

Oh I heard of people using lemon juice if that helps and yeah np

Lemon juice may do the trick .. but you need to put high percentage of it to get the desired Citric acid level in your eLiqiud.

I know about all the options .. the best way for me is to buy Citric acid locally but don't know which one should I use ..

I got everything from this local store .. except the Ethyl Maltol ..

Anyway .. anyone knows what kind of Citric acid should I use ??

Lemon juice has a lot of sugar. Bad for coils.

Because it's just citric acid without water. Should be easy to dissolve in PG.
