I wanna use Citric Acid in some fruity flavors but when I went to buy it I found these three types Anhydrous, Monohydrate and Dihydrate.
Which one should I use ??
Also it comes as powder .. so what is the best way to dissolve it .. water or PG?? and what percentage?
