I've read that some e-liquid vendors use citric acid in their mixes for "stability". Does anyone have more information on this and the amounts to use?

I think the citrus thing is for balancing the pH-- nullifying bitterness & rounding out of flavors. I just got some F'Art citrus mix-- don't kno if its the same as you got, but I'm planning on experimenting w/ it as soon as I free up some time for mixing again.
I'd start off w/ minute amounts till things start to change-- ratios are part of personal preference, experimenting is the way to go. YMMV.

Yeah I noticed that all my Johnson Creek juice says it has citric acid in it. Is this something added? If so where do you get it and how much do you use? Or is this something that the flavoring has in it?
I think JC uses it as a preservative. I did get some, mixed according to instructions and added it to my mixes it but I don't notice it doing anything at all to my juice, except make it sour if you add too much.
