CL9-501 anyone review or use?

Hi, I have been a smoker for about 20 years now a new vapor for about 2 weeks starting with a Cloud 9 501 kit I received as a gift. I have had all the usual ongoing problems as described in the forum, some due to “user error”, and some I think due to faulty products. I ordered additional batteries, atomizers cartridges and sometimes it works and I am pleased with the vapor, taste etc…but a good part of the time it is frustrating and about as useful as sucking on my thumb. I haven’t seen any reviews on this one and I’m not sure if I should try working with this product or if I am throwing good money after bad and consider a 401 or 501. Any feedback would be helpful, thanks.
