Cash,
I could really use your help/advice. I purchased a black classic pen style from you several months ago. In addition, I purchased several backup batteries and atomizers. Apparently, I got one of your last shipments.

I emailed puresmoker for advice about where to buy batteries now. One of your employees suggested NJOY. Unfortunatley, the batteries may look similar but they are not. The screw thread is shorter and the atomizer will not fully engage. Throat hit and vapor are 1/3 of what they should be.

I just recieved a shipment from china (BestEcig.com). My last puresmoker battery works great with their attomizer but their batteries are identical to NJOY's. They don't fully engage their own attomizer. I think I may have a serious issue when the last battery I bought from you dies.

Where can I get an identical replacement battery that you used to sell for the Classic pen style model?

ps I love your Energee liquid!

kalvinkuhn, I notice that you are a "Junior" Member and that this is your very first post. So, first and foremost, Welcome to ECF! [I guess it is not "welcome to vaping," since you purchased a penstyle "several months ago."]

I'm surprised that someone at Puresmoker recommended NJOY (yucky, pooey), especially if their batteries are not the same.

I'm not sure what Steve's (or Casey's) answer will be, but I can recommend the batteries (and atomizers) from Rocky Mountain Vapor (US-based, free shipping) and Ruyan Direct (China based, not free shipping). [NOTE: An 801 manual battery now is available, although I don't think it is as good as the auto.]

Of course, anyone on this subforum (me included) would recommend that that you use the Prodigy (and the two 3.0V batteries it contains) as your "battery" ... or, if you're patient, the forthcoming Protege (expected to be less expensive, more streamlined, but not as powerful*).

* But a heck of a lot more effective than the traditional battery.
