can someone help me with this clean safe smoke online store. i ordered some stuff thru them and i have not heard from them. ive seen the bad reviews on their shipping after ive already placed my order. it was a clear lack of research on my part. now i want to cancel my order, since ill be leaving the states in a couple of weeks. im afraid it wont get to me in time. i wanted to cancel but they were not very responsive of course. they charged my card a day after i posted my order. anybody here with the same experience?

How long since you placed the order? How have you been trying to get in touch with them?
Well, their prices don't seem totally outrageous. Too bad about the shipping delay. If time is an issue, I'd just place another order somewhere else. Cignot is *legendary* for shipping speed; I've also ordered from Madvapes, and ecigexpress with a very quick ship.
A quick look at their kits doesn't reveal any overpriced junk.... though when you see notices about "If your order has been in the "Processing" queue for more than 2 weeks, please contact us"....this sounds to me like a drop-shipper.

Look around the website for a phone number... thats the best way to get what you want!
It states in the faqs they ship EMS Express so I'm guessing it's taking the slow boat from China.
They state "All orders are processed immediately and sent to shipping, Make sure you want to order the item before you submit the order. Once the order is submitted it is processed and we are unable to cancel the order". Sounds like your out of luck on cancelling.
The return policy states a 20% restocking fee on top of return shipping so that's probably a no go. The only guarantee they give is products will arrive in working order and if not to contact them within 7 days to RMA.
They state it can take up to 14 days to receive the order. If it's been longer 14 days they are outside of the terms and you might have something there. If that's the case I would contact them by phone and if that didn't work contact your credit card company.
If it's still within the 14 day period then you don't have much choice but to wait. As others have said you could place an order many other places and it'll be shipped tomorrow and get to you quickly.

EMS is usually really fast. It's equivalent to our Priority Mail. Unless we know an order date, there's not much I can say. :-/
Yes, they ship from China....so you are looking at at least 2 weeks. I too tried them as a newbie....had to pitch their juice tho..,..It tasted good, but made my mouth go numb.......only buy usa made ejuices.......
thanks guys for the posts! its been 3weeks since ive placed my order. still nothing. cant reach them though. the number they gave to my cc company picks up on a voicemail. also, the number in their webpage gives you a faxtone. called the cc today and disputed the transaction to be fraudulent. hopefully clean safe smoke wont re charge me for it. again, thank you for all the help!
MyFreedomSmokes is pretty fast too, i ordered with them, order shipped the next day, and I received my stuff the next day. And that was with usps regular shipping, not next day air. I have a feeling if i had ordered early in the morning instead of later in the afternoon, it would have shipped that day and been at my door the next.
I'm in the same boat... probably literally. It's a slow junk with a busted mainsail floating in the Pacific with both of our orders. The 800 number in Orlando is BS. It's an answering machine that will be received by some guy in Shanghai in the middle of the night most likely.

Don't feel bad guys...I ordered a few items from them on 1/23/2011 and I haven't received anything yet and they don't respond to any of my requests for a refund. I'm glad it was for less than $25 as I don't think I will ever get my money back.
