So I have gotten used to filling my cardomizers with e-liquids and I love how it saves me a lot of money rather than buying pre-filled codos. However, I have noticed that after 4-5 re-fills, the cordos start to get really resonated, after about half the amount of smoking, I start to get a noticeable resonated flavor. Can someone recommend a way to clean the cardos so that I can smoke them the whole time with better longevity of the true smoke flavor?

Do a search on YouTube for "Cleaning Cartomizers". There are many videos out there.

I gave up my cartomizer/tank setups in favor of a bottom coil setup like the Protank Mini v2 and Protank Mini 3 when the prices dropped. No leaking, no juice in my mouth. When I want to change flavors I just take it apart, rinse under hot water and dry burn my coils. Perfect size on an ego type of device (Vision Spinner or EVOD) as well as on my MPV.

There's really no good way to clean them IMO, really. They are disposable just replace them when they taste bad. Only Thing you can do to extend thier life. is flood them a little and blow them out the bottom to flush them. A better/different brand of carto may last you longer. Priming well is important to longevity too.

I had the best luck with Boge Cartomizers. You can clean them with some luck. I use to soak them in vodka for a couple days then run them through a ultrasonic cleaner for a few 8 minute cycles. After that let them dry a few days. In the long run it isn't worth the time. If you move on to Rebuildable Atomizers, you can learn to rebuild the coils with cheap wire and cotton. And, you'll get a much better vape using RBA's. Good luck
