cleaning avs

i've developed a bad taste in the avs (but not in the afs), and the only thing i can discern is that the liquid has turned a much darker color than it was, perhaps it is being contaminated by a dirty tank?

what is the best way to clean the insides of these things?

if it looks clean then it is clean ejoker. Liquid is darken because the burned liquid from atty comes again back to the tank. But if you want to clean it then soap with water is what we need. Dont forget to dry it well.

juice darkens from heat and age. Could it be the atomizer itself?

and don't forget to rinse well or some of the soap may still be on the components and will definitely effect the taste.
