Did what, precisely? Step by step and we can probably figure out what the issue is. I've got to say that it's really rare that I top off a carto. Maybe I'm fickle...don't know. But pretty much vape them once, toss them in the dead-cartos-cup, go through my cleaning regimen once 20 or so have accumulated, refill, and vape through them all again......repeat.
Have never had one yet that didn't vape (or is that re-vape?
) There is something off in your process, and I am sure we can help you pin it down.

Well NYC is not too far from Bloog HQ. If any thing you can head over here and pick some cartos up. Make sure to bring plenty of Jack Daniels if you come.
